What to have ready
A smooth pickup depends on a few details confirmed in advance:
Equipment count and staging
Approximate quantity by category, and where the equipment is staged on site (specific room, dock, storage area, or rack location).
Access details
Loading dock height, freight elevator capacity, parking restrictions, building hours, and any security protocols (sign-in, escort requirements, badging).
Site contact
Name and direct phone for the person who will meet our team and authorize equipment release.
Packing status
Whether equipment is already crated and palletized, partially packed, or needs to be packed on site. White glove packing services are available if your team does not have the capacity or materials.
Documentation needs
Any chain-of-custody forms, asset-removal authorizations, or destruction certification requirements specific to your organization. We bring standard IT Revalue paperwork by default; flag anything additional in advance.
Hard deadlines
Lease return dates, facility closures, audit dates, or end-of-fiscal-cycle constraints that affect the pickup window.
What we handle
Packing materials
We provide pallets, boxes, and protective materials for standard equipment. For specialized or fragile inventory (server racks, networking gear, monitors), we confirm packing approach during the scoping conversation.
White glove packing on site
If your team does not have time, materials, or trained staff to pack equipment, our white glove service handles it. Our crew arrives with packing materials and crates equipment for safe transport.
Shipping coordination
We coordinate the freight from your location to our Bellflower processing facility. Logistics costs are subtracted from the buyback value so you see the net offer up front, not a headline figure that shrinks at payout.
Chain of custody documentation
Equipment is tracked from your dock to our facility, audited on arrival, and documented through processing. Chain-of-custody and processing reports are provided for your records and compliance audits.
The pre-pickup Google Meeting
For inventories that have not been fully audited, multi-site projects, or first-time engagements with our team, we schedule a brief Google Meeting before the pickup date. The call typically takes 20 to 30 minutes and covers:
