Submit your equipment for a formal buyback offer
For inventories that need human scoping before pricing: data center decommissions, mixed-condition lots, multi-site refreshes, and large or non-standard engagements. Response within 1-2 business days. Pricing within a week.
Tell us about your project
The more detail you can provide on equipment, quantities, and timing, the faster we can finalize your offer. If you do not have a complete inventory yet, submit what you know and our team will follow up.
What to include in your request
A faster, more accurate quote depends on a clear picture of what you have. Here is what helps most:
Equipment inventory
Type, manufacturer, model, year, quantity. A spreadsheet or asset export is ideal; a rough count by category works for an initial scope.
Specifications
For laptops, desktops, and servers: processor, memory, storage. Specs drive resale tiering and directly affect the offer.
Condition mix
Approximate breakdown of working, repairable, and non-functional units. An estimate is fine if you have not audited condition.
Quantity per category
Larger lots in a single equipment category streamline processing and are reflected in the offer.
Timeline
When does equipment need to leave your location? Hard deadlines help us scope logistics.
Location and access
Pickup address, loading dock availability, freight elevator access, and any building or security protocols.
Compliance documentation needs
Required certifications, reporting formats, chain-of-custody documentation, or destruction certificates.
What happens after you submit
Initial response within 1-2 business days
A team member reviews your request and confirms we are working on pricing. If we need clarifying details, we ask then.
Scoping and confirmation
For larger or more complex engagements, we may schedule a brief call or Google Meeting to walk through the inventory, confirm logistics, and align on compliance documentation.
Formal quote within one week
We finalize pricing based on the confirmed inventory and send the offer for your approval. The figure we confirm is the figure you receive once equipment is audited and matches the submission.
Accept and schedule collection
Once you accept the offer, we coordinate a convenient pickup time and provide packing materials. White glove packing services are available.
Equipment audit and data destruction
Equipment is processed at our Bellflower facility. Every device is wiped using specialized device auditing software, with archived erasure records. Certificates available on request.
Payment and reporting
Payment is issued once processing is complete. You receive chain-of-custody and processing documentation for your records and compliance audits.
Why sellers choose IT Revalue
Pricing transparency
Logistics costs are subtracted from the buyback value so you see the net offer up front. The confirmed quote is what you receive at payment.
Full logistics handled
Packing materials, white glove packing services, and shipping coordination — we manage the chain from your dock to our Bellflower facility.
Verifiable proof of data destruction
Specialized device auditing software wipes every device and archives each erasure record. Certificates available on request.

Quote questions
Is there a minimum quantity for a quote?
Yes. Our buyback program is built for organizational inventories. The minimum is approximately 50 units, depending on equipment type. We routinely process pallet-scale and truckload-scale lots, and the average transaction value runs between $5,000 and $250,000.
Do I have to sell the equipment to you?
No. Besides outright buyback, we offer ITAD as a service on a commission basis — we test, sanitize, and remarket your equipment on your behalf and return the proceeds minus an agreed fee, with no upfront purchase. Mention it in your request if you'd prefer this model; some organizations choose it for policy or accounting reasons, or for mixed and lower-value lots where consignment recovers more than a flat offer. Both options include the same certified data destruction and chain-of-custody documentation.
What equipment do you buy?
Laptops, Chromebooks, tablets, desktops, servers, and component parts including CPUs, RAM, drives, and GPUs. Windows laptops and desktops, Apple devices, and enterprise components currently carry the strongest market value.
Do I need a complete inventory before submitting?
No. Submit what you have and we will follow up to confirm the rest. For inventories that have not been fully audited, we can schedule a brief Google Meeting before collection to walk through what you have and finalize scope.
How is the final quote determined?
Pricing reflects equipment type, make, model, year, specifications, condition, and quantity, calculated against current market values and recent transaction data. Logistics costs are subtracted from the gross buyback value so the net offer is what you see.
How long is a quote valid?
Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance under standard conditions. Market shifts on specific equipment categories may require revalidation for older quotes. We confirm validity terms in the formal offer.
Can you quote international shipments?
Yes. We serve clients both nationwide and internationally. Submit your location and our team will scope logistics and any required compliance documentation during the initial response.
What if some equipment turns out to be different from the submitted description?
We grade equipment against the submitted inventory at audit. If the actual condition or specifications differ materially, we discuss the adjustment with you before processing. We do not unilaterally reduce the offer.
