For standard buyback inquiries, we finalize pricing within a week. For complex engagements, the timeline is set during the scoping conversation.

Schedule collection

Once an offer is accepted, we coordinate a convenient pickup time and provide packing materials. White glove packing services are available.

Audit, data destruction, and reporting

Equipment is processed at our Bellflower facility. Every device is wiped using specialized device auditing software, with archived erasure records. Certificates of data destruction are available on request.

Payment

Payment is issued once processing is complete.
